Re:charge @ Kokako

Some photos from a typical lunch-breakfast-tea out which usually occurs around 3pm.

We pretty much usually end up in one of three eateries (on rotation) whenever anyone asks wanna do lunch? If you ever decide to come to Auckland, this is Kokako. Somehow, its just one of the few places we actually have an appetite for.
Maybe its got something to do with its well-stocked shelves and thought-through menu. The food is fresh and innovative. Its not your typical run-of-the-mill cafe here! For one, theres no meat. And trust me, you won't even feel its absence. And when I say appetite, I really meant for the place. I could spent hours sitting in here.

I know a while back, a few readers have requested for a guide about Auckland. But there's just been a million and one things on our 'to-do list. Let's just say its a future project that is still to come. But in the meantime, we came across a guide @ Design*Sponge that we would definitely stand by. We were seriously impressed that it managed to drop in some of our favorite spots of Auckland. It's not just your lonely planet guide.
