Segovia : aqueducts & cochinillo

Saturday, February 7, 2009

This is about a half hour trip north of Madrid - an old walled city with a crazily over-towering Roman aqueduct slicing through the center.

The roast suckling pig is the pride of Segovia. As would expected, there was a pig on every diner's table. I am not a fan of pig or say pork. but what the heck. let's give it a try.

I am not a convert but still on the fence. all i gotta say is " gee, the lil' piglets are so fine, its like eating chicken".
